Looking to sharpen your skills or try lacrosse for the first time?  Come to our summer workouts!  We will get together to work on basic skills development at East Middle School from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m. on the following dates:

The Tin Can Award goes to one player that Coach Medley believes has contributed the most to the team that week.  It is not based on one single event, but on the entire week.  It is also acknowledged that although one player receives the award, it could not be earned without the support of the whole team.
